If you want poor customer service and unreturned calls, Swift is your company!

We were referred to Swift by LG when our French door refrigerator stopped working...it is less than 4 years old and LG products are a subject for a different review. We have been without a refrigerator for a week and a half. When we call for an update on our repair scheduling, the calls go to voicemail and after three voicemails we still have never received a call back. If I could give a negative number of stars I surely would!
