Dr. Michael D. Forde
ProsthodontistDr. Forde earned his DDS from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in 2003. His passion for advancing his education and honing his skills in the dental field led him to the Mayo Graduate School of Medical Education, where he received his certificate in prosthodontics and maxillofacial prosthetics. While at Mayo, he continued on to earn his MS in Biomedical Science. Today, Dr. Forde is an accomplished lecturer and prosthodontist who treats patients at his private practice in Roseville and at the local ClearChoice Centers. He also loves working with other volunteers and The Gathering Inn to help provide dental services to the homeless in the Roseville area.

Dr. Parshan Namiranian
Oral and Maxillofacial SurgeonDr. Namiranian earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from UCLA School of Dentistry in 2010. Prior to starting dental school, he contributed to inventing a patented orthodontic device in conjunction with Invisalign. Much of his focus and research was on proper alignment of teeth. Dr. Namiranian’s advanced knowledge of occlussion and oral surgery makes him a vital addition to the team at ClearChoice Dental Implant Center in Sacramento. This experience brings patients beautiful—and fully functional—new smiles.

Dr. Jedediah Wooldridge
ProsthodontistDr. Wooldridge earned his DDS from Columbia University, College of Dental Medicine in New York City. His desire to understand and pursue training in the specialty of Prosthodontics led him to the affiliated New York University, Manhattan Veteran’s Hospital post graduate residency. Dr. Wooldridge joined ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers in Sacramento to help rebuild smiles and brighten lives in Northern California. He has worked as a prosthodontist in private hospitals overseas and in private practice in the U.S. When he’s not treating patients, Dr. Wooldridge enjoys surfing, practicing yoga, playing guitar as well as spending time with his family and friends.
